Happy Deepavali

Deepavali is a festival where people from all age groups participate. They give expression to their happiness by lighting earthen 'diyas' (lamps), decorating the houses, bursting firecrackers and inviting near and dear ones to their households for partaking in a sumptuous feast. The lighting of lamps is a way of paying obeisance to god for attainment of health, wealth, knowledge, peace, valor and fame.

Can India with reservation get developed

My question to all:-Can India with reservation get developed ?

Is reservation really helping india , since independence we are following caste based reservation ,

"I try to look upon the problem not in the sense of religious minority, but rather in the sense of helping backward groups in the country. I do not look at it from a religious point of view or a caste point of view, but from a caste point of view that a backward class ought to be helped, and I am glad that this reservation will be limited to ten years.." Jawaharlal Nehru addressing the Constituent Assembly, May, 1949.
But In india still there is reservation, caste based reservation is now going to wrong direction, It is not helping real backward class much as it is harming to Indian development ,moreover it widening the gape between community .
so caste based should be stopped as soon as possible,
In order to help poor people ,Government should help them by giving free education to their children , Low interest loan,
Help in higher education
By this way ,Not only government can have the pool of the best people in the areas moreover remove the problem of poorness , Because in the true sense , all backwards are not poor people anymore ,
so the wealthy people from the backwards class is taking the advantages of reservation .and who are real poor not able to do anything because , government job is not possible without bribe , so poor can not have it and in Private job you need to have professional education and that is not possible with money , so where poor go get their child educated
please lead No to Caste based reservation

Do not loose your confidance

Have you ever wanted to feel confident in certain situations when you were not? How about changing a fear to go on stage to feeling enthusiastic about doing it? Well, you can.

So, how do you to get a state of confidence? Imagine that you are going to make a presentation which you have prepared for but as usual you do not feel confident about it. If you think about it, I am sure there has been a time in the past where you felt totally confident about giving a talk, or feeling really confident in doing something you are good at. The difference between those that succeed and those that do not is confidence.

Here are 5 Things you can instantly do to get a confidence boost:

(1) Fake it till you make it; Act as if you are confident and before you realize it your acting it becomes the real confidence you seek.

(2) Focus on the task and not the crowd; by focusing on what needs to be done be it giving a speech or negotiating a deal your confidence come flooding back because you are an expert on what you do.

(3) Visualize yourself carrying out the task; there is power in visualization, see yourself confidently stepping up to the podium or confidently facing a potential prospect and before you know it you are acting out what you visualized.

(4) Smile; a smile can do you a lot of good when you are feeling a bit under, before you realize it people are smiling back and you are back on track.

(5)Re affirm your self belief; Take a deep breath and reaffirm your self belief, self talk can make a great deal of difference.

If you feel that your lack of confidence has been holding you back from doing the things you would just love to be able to do in life, then this is for you.

Reservation is evil for the society

Reservation is the evil for the society

Reservations are intended to increase the social diversity in campuses and workplaces by lowering the entry criteria for certain identifiable groups that are grossly under-represented in proportion to their numbers in the general population.

Caste was the most used criteria to identify under-represented groups. So people is now the reserved by there are cast so my question is to you that

Is reservation helping us to uplift are condition? My answer is no? It has been in practice from almost from last 100 years in India http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reservation_in_India ,

Caste Based Reservation only perpetuate the notion of caste in society, rather than weakening it as a factor of social consideration, as envisaged by the constitution. Reservation is a tool to meet narrow political ends. It broadening the gap among castes & religion .

Reservation is the biggest enemy of meritocracy. By offering reservation through relaxed entry criteria, we are fueling inflation of moderate credentials as opposed to the promotion of merit based education system, which is the foundation of many progressive countries. Meritocracy should not be polluted by injecting relaxation of entry barriers, rather should be encouraged by offering financial aids to the underprivileged although deserving candidates only. Today the IITs and IIMs hold a high esteem in the global scenario due to their conservation of merit.

We need social equality so please say no caste based reservation,

I need some suggestion from you.
